Jack LaLanne Tells Britney to Shape Up!  March 20, 2008

The 'father of fitness', Jack LaLanne, took it upon himself to offer Britney Spears some fatherly advice, recently. Awwww… how nice is that? The question is will Britney listen?

He told Britney that her life is up to her and that she needs to develop pride in discipline in herself. He also told her that she needs to lose the lollipop's and cigarette's.

So in a nutshell, Britney needs to change the fuel she puts in her body and say 'yes' to physical fitness, because it has a whole lot to do with mental fitness.

Who knows? Maybe she will take his advice and host her own reality physical fitness show. It could happen…. Maybe!

A paparazzo lover for Britney Spears??  December 25, 2007

The troubled pop princess is going crazy! Crazy in love, that is! According to reports, Britney Spears apparently got herself a paparazzo lover! The Blackout singer reportedly spent early Sunday morning in a Beverly Hills hotel room with a paparazzi photographer who regularly covers the troubled pop star. According to Splash News Online, Britney Spears and the photog (who works for the Finalpixx photo agency and whose name is Adnan) met last Saturday night after he handed the pop princess his business card at a gas station after he heard she "liked" him. Soon after getting his card, Britney Spears contacted him and, after meeting up, the pair was later spotted holding hands at a supermarket. Yikes! Fast love!

As for the rumored tryst, the pair was holed up the Britster's room at the Peninsula Hotel until the wee hours of Sunday. Adnan departed the hotel at 6 a.m. while the troubled singer left at around 9 a.m. and returned to her nearby home off Mulholland Drive. When contacted by US, Adnan denied any romance, saying, "We are just friends. She was just a little upset, pretty much about everything." Oh come on! Wanna bet there'll be video of their tryst coming out by next year??

Britney's a virgin!!!  December 12, 2007

In an upcoming film that is... Even a child knows Britney Spears is neither a virgin nor a saint, lol! According to reports, the pop princess is "reviewing the script" of a satire film entitled Sweet Baby Jesus to be produced by French filmmaker Philippe Rebboah (The Jeweller's Shop, 1989) in which she has been offered the role of Virgin Mary! w00t! That'd be the casting coup of this decade, lol! According to US magazine, Britney Spears is to play a pregnant 19-year-old who is unsure about the identity of her baby's father. She "goes into labor on Christmas Eve in Bethlehem, Maryland, as rumors swirl that the birth is Jesus Christ's second coming." Director Philippe Rebboah, who plans to start filming in March, admits the movie was a bit difficult to sell to his partners. He says, "I had to convince my partners, because they were like, 'Oh, no. Britney?' But I thought it was brilliant." Brilliant my ass! Let's just see what hard time she'll give you when you start filming! Just recently, Britney Spears behaved badly when shooting musical videos for her Blackout album songs.

Britney is 'predictably unpredictable' November 30, 2007

A leading psychologist (not treating Britney Spears) has revealed that the pop princess has mental health issues, and that her mood pattern is 'predictably unpredictable'. Says Dr. Jolie Brams, "It doesn't take a professional to see that Britney Spears' mood shifts from being overly happy and energetic to irritable and angry. All of us get moody, but problems happen when our moods and behaviors change quickly and perhaps for no reason. She seems to be predictably unpredictable." This has been very evident in her personal life where Britney can get all playful with her children, showering them with affection. Then suddenly she goes all sullen on them.

One former employee of the mother of two, her being "predictably unpredictable" seems to occur more often when Britney Spears' personal life intersects with her professional life. "She has moments where she is like, 'Yeah, I can do this work.' And then she'll have a jet set up and ready to go, and she'll cancel it. She doesn't care that she's lost all kinds of money and it looks bad [professionally]. She'll just decide she wants to do something else." Oh well, I'm sure the Britster doesn't need anymore money, which, I think, is the root cause of all the mess in her so-called life.

Britney Spears unfit to drive her kids! November 18, 2007

It's hard to stay "above the law" when your life is plastered all over the tabloids every single day. I'm sure there are thousand of parents out there more unfit to drive their kids than pop princess Britney Spears. They're just lucky to get away with it coz there are no paparazzi trailing their every driving move. Unfortunately for the "Blackout" singer, that's not the case. Last November 13, a judge ruled that Britney Spears is unfit to drive her two sons Jayden James and Sean Preston. According to K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, the case will be revisited later. He said: "Orders were made. ... I can't discuss the content of those orders. Documents have not been released by the court, and I don't know if they will be. The matter will be continued at a future date." An insider told the media that "The tape of Britney Spears running the red light was not viewed today, but it was a major point of the hearing. Britney's lawyers brought in an expert who argued that, for whatever reason, Britney could have made the turn through the red light." Stay tuned!

Britney Spears’ suicide threat! October 4, 2007

If there’s one celebrity that badly needs help now, and I mean NOW, it’s Britney Spears. Everything that could possibly go wrong in her life is really going awry. Her personal life is a mess (lost custody of her 2 sons), her career is so far going nowhere (her blah MTV performance, leaked new album songs), and now we have reports that Britney Spears threatened to kill herself. The lucky recipient of her suicide call? None other than ex-husband, Kevin Federline. According to the News of The World, a ‘hysterical’ Britney Spears called K-Fed from her car and screamed to his phone: “I’m going to drive off the cliff! It’s going to be your fault that I killed myself.” Whoa! Tough scary words! And then the Britster proceeded to speed down LA’s famous Mulholland Drive and vowed to zoom off the huge drop that lines the bendy road. According to a concerned source, “Britney blows hot and cold. No one knows what’s going through her mind—especially her.” As I said, she needs help NOW!

Britney Spears loses custody of her kids October 4, 2007

The troubled pop princess Britney Spears lost the custody of her two kids last Monday to Kevin Federline, and her former husband felt that the court ruling was “justified”. K-Fed’s comment was revealed by his lawyer, Mark Kaplan, after a hearing at a family law court attended by his client. Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner Scott Gordon did not give a reason for his decision but most believe it has something to do with Britney’s hit and run accident and driving without a valid license charges 10 days prior. Aside from ordering Britney Spears to give the custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James from “until further order of the court”, Mr. Gordon also ordered the singer to submit to random twice-weekly drug testing.

He also ruled that Britney and Kevin could not consume alcohol or non-prescription drugs at least 12 hours prior to taking care of their children. Britney was also ordered to see a “parenting coach” at least twice a week for a total of eight hours, and both she and K-Fed were told to complete the court's Parenting Without Conflict class. Despite all these, Britney appeared happy in a recent outing with her kids. They had dinner at a restaurant in Malibu and Tony Koursaris, the restaurant owner, told People magazine that “She seemed fine. She was very comfortable having dinner here with her boys ... The kids had a good time.”

Celebrities offer to help Britney Spears September 28, 2007

Troubled pop star Britney Spears is lucky despite her strings of failures and mistakes these past few months. Why? Coz people not close to her are offering their help to sort the mess she calls her life. According to reports, Elton John and Victoria Beckham are the latest celebrities to offer their homes as a retreat for Britney Spears. A source from Ananova.com shares: “He [Elton John] has decided enough is enough and reckons he has plenty of experience in the business to help her.” If you remember, Elton helped Robbie Williams in 1997. Thereafter, the singer successfully launched his own career. An insider further revealed that “He [Elton] feels so sorry for her because she had fame at such a young age and hasn’t handled it well.” As for Mrs. Beckham, she has reportedly requested a mutual friend, choreographer Adam Shankman, to set up a meeting between them so that she can try to help Britney Spears. You’re a lucky girl Brit! I hope you’d accept their well-meaning offers, for the sake of your own kids.

Britney Spears' manager says goodbye September 20, 2007

After her much-ballyhooed performance in the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards, Britney Spears is facing another rocky patch in her already shaky life. Her latest tribulation? Britney’s brand-new manager called it quits! Jeff Kwatinetz, chief executive officer of management company The Firm, announced last Monday that he would no longer be representing the tabloid fodder singer. Britney hired Kwatinetz to help her career comeback after she fired her long-time manager Larry Rudolph in April 2007 following her stint in rehab.

The Firm’s statement reads: "It saddens us to confirm media reports that we have terminated our professional relationship with Britney Spears. We have represented Britney for the past month. We believe Britney is enormously talented, and has made a terrific record. But current circumstances have prevented us from properly doing our job.” Yeah, we bet! After all the stunts Britney pulled last month, The Firm certainly has their hands full. No amount of media spinning can make right the wreck Britney wrought on her own image. Tsk! The Firm’s final words? "We wish Britney the best."
